How we work

Our goal is to create an online community for our favourite feline loving artists, illustrators and designers - known and unknown. The emphasis on collaboration and connecting artists to not only each other, but to a growing audience as well. For our artists and designers, it is an unbridled platform for expression. For everyone else, it’s a place to engage with a rapidly expanding creative cat culture in one place.

We aim to introduce our customers to exclusive collaborations from some of the most relevant independent artists and creatives. Showcasing their work and supporting the artists behind them.

Each time you place an order you are buying directly from the artist. They are receiving and fulfilling your orders. We will always work with our customers and our artists to assure that everyone is having the best possible experience.


After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email. If you have ordered from multiple artists, you will receive a confirmation mail for each shipment. Shipping times vary depending on where you are, and depending on where the items are being sent from; in general you can expect to receive your items within 5-15 working days, however it can take up to 21 working days depending on your country's customs procedures. We ensure worldwide delivery for all products offered, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. If  you are buying from multiple artists, your shipping times may vary as each artist is shipping directly to you.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. We keep our prices low so in the majority of orders, no customs have to be paid. All customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

Where a promotion offers a item free with payment of shipping only, the cost of shipping will vary from the norm - this is down to the fact that we subsidize the majority of the shipping cost on our normal price items. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.

Returns and Exchanges 

We are happy to refund or replace any items damaged or lost in the mail. Refunds and exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of making your purchase. If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they'll do everything in their power to help you out.

Return and Exchange Process: 

1. The fastest way to get in touch with our customer care is contacting us here on Messenger. You can also leave your message here. Giving your order number, type of request (refund or exchange), reason for request & proof of purchase. We will then provide the return address, along with return instructions.

2. Ship your return, in line with the return instructions provided.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 2 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, as long as your requested item is in stock.
